Presidental Suite

The main entry area for this suite is configured to include an oval-shaped foyer, a dedicated office, den and a powder room, all of which are accessible without entering other areas of the suite. Beyond the foyer is a large living area affording an expansive view of the Cleveland Clinic campus.

Two seating groups occupy this area; one is clustered around a grand piano and a large screen television, and a second is oriented around a fireplace and a bar, concealed within wall paneling. Adjacent to the living area is a dining room for eight with a separate large pantry area servicing the dining room.

The Presidential Suite includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a bathroom area including separate vanity, tub, shower, water closet and bidet rooms. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a large bath area inclusive of separate vanity, tub, shower and water closet areas. The third is configured with two beds and a large four-fixture bathroom.

Corner Suite

This luxury suite provides a separate sitting area with richly stained, built-in millwork housing a television, concealed behind two retractable doors, an open bookcase and a chest. The separate sleeping area is also accented by richly stained paneling with a second television and a closet concealed within the paneling. Both spaces are trimmed with wooden baseboards and crown moldings.

A marble, four-fixture bathroom is adjacent to the sleeping room. The styling of this suite is soft contemporary, with fully upholstered seating, end tables and a desk in rich mahogany woods and luxurious, detailed bed dressings.

The color palette is a subtle combination of fabrics, leathers, carpet and wall coverings in hues of fresh off-whites, soft camels and light slate green tones; all which is contrasted with tones of coral and claret reds. Some Corner Suites benefit from an entry hall and a powder room.

Erie Suite

This suite is configured with an entry foyer leading to a large, two-bay parlor overlooking Lake Erie. The living area is furnished with a sofa-seating group arranged around a large chest / armoire, housing a large television. A dining / conference table for eight is located at one end of the room. There is a separate kitchen and a powder room adjacent to the parlor. A connecting bedroom, with a king-size bed, is adjacent to the living area. A full armoire / chest, large desk and lounge chair with ottoman complete the furnishing of this room. A marble-clad bath area joins this room with a glass-enclosed shower with separate tub and an oversized vanity area.

The interior is styled with rich wall coverings, painted crown and base moldings and rich marble flooring. Floors are covered in a subtly styled, contemporary patterned carpet with a sand beige background accented by a deep slate green and lighter blue green pattern. Furnishings are covered in rich fabrics and leathers in hues of coral, sand and varying shades of slate green.

Michigan Suite

The Michigan Suite is designed with an entry foyer leading to a large two-bay seating area and separate dining / conference area complete with a large pantry and a separate powder room. Adjacent to the main parlor area are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a king-size bed, a large armoire, an oversized desk, a lounge and ottoman. The second bedroom is arranged with two beds, a large desk, an armoire, and lounge seating with ottoman. Each bedroom has a marble-clad bath area with a separate glass-enclosed shower, separate tub and vanity area.

The architectural detailing of this suite includes full crown and base moldings and a richly paneled, full wall bookcase housing a large screen television. Wall coverings are in fresh tones of beige. The carpet is styled with a small contemporary pattern and runs throughout the suite to create a sense of continuity. Hues of sand beige dominate the background of these materials, with the carpet's pattern defined by sage greens and a lighter, complementary blue green.

Furnishings include neoclassical seating and tables contrasted with fully upholstered sofas and lounge chairs. Fabrics are in tones of light slate green and sand beige with the occasional coral-colored accent.

Superior Suite

The Superior Suite is configured to include a large living / dining area and two bedroom areas. An entry foyer is flanked by a built-in bar area and a powder room. The living and dining areas offer a commanding view of the lake. The living area is focused around a wall of richly stained mahogany bookcases, which flank a large, built-in television. The dining area, with seating for eight, is accented with a raised ceiling well and chandelier. Adjacent to the living area is a master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, large desk and lounge seating. A bath area, containing a separate tub and glass-enclosed shower with marble floors and walls, connects to the master bedroom. A second bedroom is furnished with two beds, a desk area and a large armoire, which houses a television.

Contemporary styled furnishings are located throughout the suite, with modern neoclassic-designed pieces complementing more fully upholstered sofas and lounge chairs.

The carpet throughout is patterned with a small contemporary motif colored in tones of beige, a sage / slate green and lighter hues of blue. The upholstery and drapery treatments are in shades of beige, a light terracotta and sage greens.

Huron Suite

The Huron Suite is situated to provide a significant view to the south. It is configured with a living / dining area and two connecting bedrooms with an entry foyer leading directly to the living / dining area. This is furnished with a sofa-seating grouping, a large armoire and a round dining table for four. A large architectural ceiling well provides added interest. The master bedroom is directly adjacent consisting of a king-size bed, a chaise lounge, a desk and large armoire with enclosed television. A luxuriously sized bath area serves this bedroom, housing a separate vanity with double sinks and a bathing area with a glass-enclosed shower, a soaking tub, and a bidet. A second bedroom connects to the living area with two beds, an armoire, a desk and lounge seating, plus a four-fixture bathroom.

Carpet runs throughout the suite and is colored in hues of sand, slate and a light gray blue, with a small-scaled contemporary pattern across the background. The furnishings are upholstered in rich fabrics and leathers of beige, taupe, coral / pale terracotta throughout the suite. Neoclassically styled chairs and chests in deep mahogany woods complement the lighter tones of the upholstery. Baths are clad in a light creamy marble accented by a deep green granite vanity counter surface. Art throughout is contemporary, but with realistic imagery.

Ontario Suite

The Ontario Suite benefits from a southern exposure. A large area forms the entry foyer and a setting for a writing desk. Beyond the entry foyer is the living area with lounge seating and a large case piece in which a television is concealed. There are connecting bedrooms either side of the living room. One is configured with a king-size bed, lounge seating and a large armoire. The other bedroom is arranged around two beds and includes a desk, a comfortable lounge chair and an ottoman. Each bedroom has a four-fixture, marble-clad bathroom.

The suite is carpeted throughout, and furnished with elements of neoclassically designed pieces, contrasted with fully upholstered seating pieces.

Fabrics are in tones of slate blue, light clay blue, sand beige, and accents of light terracotta. Woods are in a deep, rich mahogany.

Ambassador Suite

The Ambassador Suite approaches the size of the Presidential Suite. The entry foyer is paneled with rich wall coverings and a marble floor. Adjacent is a large living area with fireplace and an uninterrupted view of the lake and to the east. Paneling adorns the space, with an architectural ceiling well providing interest above. The dining area sits beyond through a wood-clad arch supported by columns. A separate pantry serves this area.

Beyond the entry foyer lie the master bedroom, den, powder room and a second bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a large lounge seating piece and a rich wooden armoire. The adjacent bathroom includes a separate vanity area, double closets, a large oval tub and separate glass-enclosed shower, and a bidet.

Next to the master bedroom is a fully furnished office / den, which includes a large desk and architectural bookcases housing a television. The second bedroom includes two beds, lounge seating and a large armoire. The adjacent bath area is oversized and includes a vanity area, a large tub, a separate shower and a bidet fixture.

Carpets and elegant marbles cover the floors throughout this suite. Rich wall coverings and mahogany woods adorn the walls. Furnishings are styled in well-tailored, contemporary designs with fully upholstered pieces complemented by rich mahogany case pieces. Fabric colors include wheat, steel blue, soft greens and subtle terracotta; all placed on a carpet of sand, light steel blue and sage. Art throughout is of contemporary imagery.
