I have stayed here several times when having appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. It is the most convenient hotel to the Main campus. This place is not cheap but it is a gorgeous facility. Excellent service, quality rooms, and great staff

Checked in around midnight to attend my Dad's surgery in the morning. In the morning, I realized that there was piles of hair on the bathroom floor. There were several shopping bags in the cupboards. On my way to the hospital, I stopped by the front desk and showed pictures. The manager called later on that day and left a message. I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. The manager assured me that the room would receive a "VIP cleaning." When I got back to my room later that evening, the bed had been made. Piles of hair were still on the floor and garbage still in cupboards. Housekeeper left her hair clip on the nightstand. On the third day there was a new cleaning staff and the bathroom floor was mopped. I checked out today, five days later and there is still another guest's shopping bags in the room. Because I was there to support my Mom and help my Dad, I didn't have the time or energy to bring the issue to management a second time. To hotel management: I assume many people stay at your hotel to either receive medical treatment or to care for a family member. It's stressful and exhausting. Your guests deserve the care of a clean and comfortable room

The hotel is located in the midst of Cleveland Clinic's core building, however it is also very close to the CWRU campus. The building, appointments, and staff are all excellent. We opted for the club level, too, as the breakfast alone makes it worth the cost, plus at the end of a day it is nice to drop in for either tea or cocktails

This hotel has friendly staff, prompt service and delicious food. Everyone was very helpful. Room service was prompt and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay here again

Great rooms very clean hotel. Not much within walking distance from this hotel other than clinics and hospitals. Overall a good hotel. Well worth it, well placed to access malls as well as the little Italy area thats about 6km awa

Had a great time at the InterContinental! Daniel Reed down at the front desk was a lifesaver. We needed earbuds, because of my snoring brother and Daniel came through in the clutch! He ran to the back to check if they had anything and BOOM he came out with a handful of earbuds for the whole room! Needless to say, we all got a good nights sleep. Thank Daniel

The hotel room was very clean and excellent but you may want to bring a cooler for your own drinks. There was no room in the minibar for your own drinks. We only stayed one night but the service was excellent getting the room and checking out

In Cleveland at Case Western for a sports event with my wife and daughter. Am also a business traveler with 50-70 stays per year over 40 years in hotels all over the world. This is a classy hotel with extraordinarily well-trained, professional and engaging staff. What the Ritz Carlton used to be before the Marriott hatchets starting to dismantle that great franchise. This will be my hotel of choice anytime I go to Cleveland, and I will begin seeking other Intercontinental hotels in my business travels to see if the experience is replicated across their system

Stayed on the club floor (floors 12-14) and really enjoyed the private lounge there offering breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hors d'oeurves with as pleasant view. Especially convenient since we were in Cleveland for Cleveland Clinic services and didn't have to find places to eat out or travel from the hotel. Food in the club lounge was v high quality, tasteful and varied the entire 10 days we were there. Table 45, the main restaurant also has good food but menu of course doesn't change so much. Big compliments go to Antoinette in the club lounge. She is amazingly cheerful and genuinely caring about the guests. When you're stressed with health problems she's a bright star in your day. And Chris behind the bar at Table 45 - makes a great drink and remembered us and our preferences after only one visit

Nice new hotel with high end features, spacious accommodations, located directly adjacent to Cleveland Clinic. Only negative was front office and desk staff who were not particularly helpful. I left a book in the room and called from the airport that evening to see if it could be found. No one could help, no one even knew if a book had been found and was told that cleaning staff had no record. I called the next day and the front office staff were completely unhelpful again. No feedback, no attempt to find this missing book. Just left me with the impression that no one actually cared

Not in walking distance of the stadiums or Hall of Fame. Note; Must use valet or paid parking lot nearby. Valet is cheaper if you will be coming and going. Breakfast buffet was good and worth the money. A bit pricey overall for a one night stop. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Stayed in club level. Much more food provided than originally thought! Just a little too strict on time to stop serving in the club room. Still a tone of people trying to eat breakfast and she put it away and it all just sat in the hall to throw away. It would have all been eaten if she would have just left it out

Had to Spend a week at the hotel due to my father having a heart procedure. I figured this would be the easiest place. After some walking, it is connected to everything and inside if needed. I stayed and i got two rooms on the Club floor. Antoinette in the Club Lounge was a very pleasant greater in the morning and remembered every one and made them feel at home

Great location for access to almost anything on the main Cleveland Clinic campus. Service was outstanding! Very clean rooms and also comfortable. I have been staying here occasionally for the past six years and never disappointed

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel... if you are going to the Cleveland Clinic it makes your life super easy. The hotel is connected to several of the clinic buildings via a sky bridge. Going back and forth between buildings and appointments was very easy and allowed you to stop of at your room for a quick break etc. The rooms are nice and clean, have lots of electrical outlets, and those great bathroom heaters that REALLY WORK. The maid service was quick and always done when we returned from our appointments. If you eat breakfast you might opt for the 14th floor club level as it saves some time and the cost is about the same as the restaurant... Car parking is $20 valet with in and out at no charge. Hotel was quiet and very up to date

Another stay here and another wonderful experience! Checking in with Justin Boe was a great way to start this experience! What a class act guy with impeccable customer service! Love the club lounge and Monic was delightful as usual! She is an asset to this place. Thanks again
